FMT-405

This series has not been produced since 2012. The technically equivalent successor product is the Pulltester FMT-W40. This latest desktop instrument is available in versions with 500 N and 1000 N and comes generally with data interface (USB 2.0). The optional sample holders for tensile strength testing are compatible with all models of Alluris pull tester.

The latest generation of measuring electronics and a reinforced, overload-proof force transducers are used. The complete powertrain for the tensile test has been revised. The successor models with 500 N and 1000 N are now equipped with a significantly stronger stepper motor instead of the DC motor, so that a very uniform trigger is guaranteed. The speed can be adjusted with the help of the PC software in 7 steps up to 250 mm/min constant and independent of pull force required.
